Welcome to Pilates Please Studio. By accessing our website, purchasing memberships, booking classes, attending events, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Studio Participation

Participation in classes and events is voluntary. Clients should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program and are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for them.

2. Booking & Reservations

Advance reservations may be required for classes and events. Availability is not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed.

3. Memberships & Class Packages

Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellation and no-show policies are subject to change. Clients are responsible for reviewing the current policies at the time of booking. Applicable fees may be charged for late cancellations or missed classes.

5. Payments

All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Refund Policy

Memberships, class packages, workshops, events, and retail purchases are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved by management.

7. Health & Safety

Clients agree to follow all studio rules, instructor guidance, and safety procedures. Pilates Please Studio reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behavior may endanger themselves or others.

8. Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise involves inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with fitness activities and release Pilates Please Studio from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Photography & Media

Photos and videos may occasionally be taken during classes or events for marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image unless you notify us in writing before participation.

10. Personal Property

Pilates Please Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

11. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, images, and materials associated with Pilates Please Studio are the property of Pilates Please Studio and may not be copied or used without written permission.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
